MB: Imam Ali Mosque Blast Is a Crime.. We stand in Solidarity with Syrian People against all Forms of Violence and Terrorism

The Muslim Brotherhood (MB) condemns the terrorist crime that targeted the Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib Mosque in the in the Wadi al-Dhahab neighborhood of Homs, Syria, which resulted in the death of eight people and the injury of other innocent worshippers. 

The MB stresses that targeting places of worship and violating their sanctity, and shedding the blood of innocent civilians, is a crime that is banned by Islamic Sharia, condemned both nationally and humanely, and cannot be justified or tolerated under any pretext or name whatsoever.

In this regard, the Brotherhood extends its deepest condolences to the leadership, government, and people of Syria.

It also offers its sincere condolences to the families of the victims and prays to Allah Almighty for the speedy recovery of the injured, emphasizing its full solidarity with the Syrian people in confronting all forms of violence and terrorism, and in the face of all that threatens their unity, security, and stability on their free land.
