Acting MB General Guide’s Messages to Muslim Rulers on Palestine
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
Praise be to Allah, Alone; He was true to His promise: supported His servant; gave might to His soldiers; and defeated the Confederates alone.
And may peace and blessings be upon the Master of Allah’s Messengers, Imam of Mujahideen, and Commander of believers – Prophet Mohamed; and upon all his kinsfolk, companions, and followers.
Now to the topic:
Allah Almighty said: ﴾And whoever avenges himself after having been wronged - those have not upon them any cause [for blame]. The cause is only against the ones who wrong the people and tyrannize upon the earth without right. Those will have a painful punishment.﴿ (Al-Shura: 41-42)
Let me start this address with hailing Palestine – May peace be upon it, and upon the battle lions in war fields, those who defeated the allegedly “invincible” army and eliminated forever its security doctrine, on the eternal day of October Seventh. On that day, they made the enemy taste the scourges it has always made the people of Palestine suffer.
Peace be upon the resistance fighters in all fields, those who restored the status of the Palestinian cause, deterred the aggression against Al-Aqsa Mosque, and took revenge for their dead people and captives.
Peace be upon the proud Palestinian people, who have rejected displacement and willingly paid the price (for their choice); and peace be upon the families of the wounded and martyrs – peace that may descend from heavens, bestowing tranquillity and coolness on hearts exhausted by affliction, awaiting the imminent victory.
Then, peace be upon the peoples who have -for long- been longing for freedom, and rose up in support of their brethren, doing their best.
And woe be to those who have failed to support Palestine, at a time when the West has gathered to support the Zionist entity; those who have left the people of Gaza alone facing death; did not do anything to stop the bloodshed and the killing of civilians; nor threaten to use force in the face of force, nor did they even use peaceful means of pressure, be it political or economic, to deter the enemy and stop the infernal war machine.
Woe to all those! Tomorrow, victory will certainly be achieved, based on Allah’s promise, but their names will be registered on the lists of betrayal and shame.
In light of the escalating aggression and genocidal war against our Palestinian brethren, we would like to emphasize that:
- The struggle to liberate Palestine is a legitimate duty, and the liberation battle is just.
- The Palestinian resistance movements, foremost among which is Hamas, are national liberation movements that gained legitimacy of their action from the belief in the right of the Palestinian people to freedom and sovereignty over its land; from the Palestinian people’s alignment behind them; and also from being the first defence line for the Muslim sanctities.
- The occupation and settlement are the root of the conflict, which are themselves apparent manifestation of terrorism; and with their removal, the problem will certainly disappear.
O rulers of Arabs and Muslims, we hope you may realize that the world will never be able to ignore the Palestinian right; and be certain that the occupation will inevitably end.
Therefore, do not attempt to bargain with the Palestinian people to compromise on their legitimate rights; and never accept imposition of guardianship over them from outside their conscience.
As long as the aggression and occupation continue, the resistance must remain; and we all have a duty to support it. The right of response must always be guaranteed to the resistance movements, just as the Operation Al-Aqsa Flood was an earth-shattering response to the crimes committed against Palestinians over 75 years.
We bring to you the good news that the end (of occupation) has begun. Allah Almighty said: ﴾… Then when the final promise came, (We permitted your enemies) to sadden your faces and to enter the Mosque (of Jerusalem), as they had entered it the first time, and to destroy with utter destruction all that fell in their hands.﴿ (Al-Isra: 7).
It is Allah’s promise; and ‘Indeed, Allah does not fail in His promise’.
O Arab and Muslim rulers, remember that Allah will question you about what you have given to Palestine and to the valiant Palestinian resistance. It has become clear that the enemy has provided every justification for you to make harsh decisions against it, that would deter it from maitaining its aggression.
Demanding international action for imposition of sanctions on the Zionist entity is the least procedure that should be taken for the crimes against humanity it has committed; as well as prosecution of Netanyahu before the ICC as a war criminal, after this genocidal war in which he has committed all the taboos of international law and divine laws.
In this regard, we emphasize that the charters of the Arab League and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), and even the international system and its laws and covenants, are at stake, with respect to testing peace and security.
Remaining silent about the crimes of the Zionist entity and failure to activate legal tools against it means the death of justice as well as the death of such international conventions, laws, and organizations.
The world leaders must bear responsibility for this.
While we appreciate the rare positive stances of some countries that have withdrawn their ambassadors from the occupation entity and denounced its aggression, we demand further moves to withdraw ambassadors, sever relations, and annul agreements, to impose isolation on the Zionist entity.
We also call on Arab rulers to make decisions that would contribute to immediately stopping the war, and to work to support the resistance, both on the official and popular levels, as the Palestinian cause has always been indicative of our unity, and it will remain so.
Therefore, we hope the positions of rulers to be in harmony with the hopes of their people, taking into account that the poor positions warn of the people’s taking the lead and assuming their responsibility to remove obstacles in the way of Palestine liberation.
About the humanitarian catastrophe, we reiterate our demand for Egypt to play a pivotal and fair role in the Palestinian issue, to lift the siege imposed on Gaza and open the Rafah crossing without any restrictions or preconditions; and also for the Egyptian government to bear its responsibility in preserving international relief and aid convoys, and to work by all means to stop the war.
O peoples of the Muslim world and all peoples of the free world, go ahead with your uprising against injustice. Speak about Palestine and its right in every political, parliamentary and media platform. Speak about the crimes against humanity and the duty of support. Express your support for the people of Palestine.
To conclude, we brace the Mujahideen and spare no effort to support them; and we pray to Allah Almighty to bestow a clear, sustained victory upon us. ﴾Permission [to fight] has been given to those who are being fought, because they were wronged. And indeed, Allah is competent to give them victory.﴿ (Al-Hajj: 39).
Allah Is the Greatest, and Praise Be to Allah,,
