Islam even denies a believer the mere intention of killing his brother, for such act is not consistent with his religion, Islam. If this happens, it must only be by mistake, not intentionally. In this regard, Allah Almighty says: ﴾ And never is it for a believer to kill a believer except by mistake... ﴿ (Al-Nisa: 92)
