The occupation disregards international resolutions and commits a massacre in Khan Yunis

The Muslim Brotherhood (MB) condemns the international silence towards failure to put the UN resolutions and the International Court of Justice decisions into force, amid the continued brutal Israeli attacks on safe Palestinians. Today, the enemy aircraft bombed the tents of the displaced Palestinian people in the Al-Mawasi town on the southern coast of the Gaza Strip, west of the city of Khan Yunis, an area that the Israeli occupation army had previously designated and declared as a “safe humanitarian zone”, in clear violation of the international humanitarian law.

The attack resulted in the killing and wounding of hundreds of displaced civilians, including civil defence crews, according to a statement from the Islamic Resistance Movement - Hamas. Immediately before issuance of this statement, the occupation forces bombed the Al-Shati refugee camp, which houses tens of thousands of refugees, committing a new massacre against civilians.

Therefore, the Brotherhood once again calls on the international community, as well as heads of states and governments, to intervene to stop the bloodshed and targeting defenceless civilians, and to boost the negotiation process with decisions that would force the occupying entity to adhere to international resolutions, and to push towards activation of the Security Council resolution regarding stopping the war on Gaza.

The MB also calls on the Arab and Muslim peoples as well as the free people of the world everywhere to escalate popular movement that demands putting an end to the war, backing the Palestinian people, and supporting their right to freedom and independence.

Allah Is the Greatest; and May Praise Be to Allah
