Ismail Haniyeh, A Martyr
﴾And never think of those who have been killed in the cause of Allah as dead. Rather, they are alive with their Lord, receiving provision. Rejoicing in what Allah has bestowed upon them of His bounty, and they receive good tidings about those [to be martyred] after them who have not yet joined them - that there will be no fear concerning them, nor will they grieve.﴿ (Al Imran: 169-170).
With profound grief and sorrow, the Muslim Brotherhood (MB) mourns to the Muslim nation the demise of Brother Leader Ismail Haniyeh, head of the Political Bureau of the Islamic Resistance Movement - Hamas, who ascended to Heavens in the aftermath of a treacherous Israeli raid on his residence in Tehran, Iran, to meet Allah Almighty as a martyr on the path of the liberation of Palestine, offering his soul in defence of the Al Aqsa Mosque, for the sake of Allah Almighty, and for the dignity of our nation.
