MB condemns the Indian aggression against Pakistan and calls for self-restraint and de-escalation

The Muslim Brotherhood (MB) condemns the military aggression that the Indian forces have launched against Pakistani territory, viewing it as an assault on a state's sovereignty and an escalation that threatens the security and stability of the whole region.

The Brotherhood affirms that it fully stands in solidarity with the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and supports it in its legitimate right to defend its land and people.

Meanwhile, the MB warns against slipping into an all-out war that would only bring further destruction and losses to both sides. 

In this regard, the group also calls for self-restraint, and listening to reason and wisdom; and for opening channels of dialogue to contain tensions, prevent bloodshed, and preserve the interests of the people.

We pray to Allah Almighty to protect Pakistan and its people, and to spread peace and security throughout the Islamic nation.
