MB: We Congratulate Hamas Movement on the Selection of Dr. Khalil Al-Hayya as Head of Its Political Bureau

The Muslim Brotherhood (MB) extends its sincere congratulations to the Islamic Resistance Movement – Hamas on the occasion of its completion of the electoral entitlement, by electing Dr. Khalil Al-Hayya as head of the movement’s Political Bureau, succeeding the martyr commander Yahya Al Sinwar, in a step that reflects the cohesion of the resistance movement’s institutions and its ability to renew its leadership under the ongoing Zionist genocide war and aggression against the Palestinian people.

While the MB congratulates Hamas along with the Palestinian people, it extends its support to Dr. Khalil Al-Hayya at this pivotal stage in the history of the struggle with Zionism, and prays to Allah Almighty to grant him and his brothers in the movement’s leadership success and guidance in achieving the goals of the movement, and to enable them to consolidate the unity and cohesion of the Palestinian people and their rallying around Palestinian national principles, foremost among which is the liberation of Palestine, ending the occupation, and restoring the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people.

The Muslim Brotherhood also expresses its confidence that this leadership transition will consolidate the movement's position, especially after the Palestinian cause has taken center stage in official and public debate in various countries around the world, and also in the aftermath of the enormous transformations that followed Operation Al-Aqsa Flood, which strengthens the Palestinian political presence internationally and supports its struggle against the occupation until it achieves independence and regains its land and holy sites. ﴾…Then they will nod their heads toward you and say, "When is that?"
