Official media statements of the Muslim Brotherhood and the...

We still have a lot to do; and we definitely can do a lot

We still have a lot to do; and we definitely can do a lot

With the continued victorious Operation Al-Aqsa Flood, which humiliated the Zionist enemy and undermined the doctrine of the army that is allegedly invincible; and after the passing of over forty days since the start of the genocidal war on Gaza, a new victory for the Palestinian cause is looming; a victory that is no less significant than the immortal October Seventh Victory – namely the international popular public opinion’s transformation against the Zionist entity.

The brunt of war has taken the civilization and urbanization blinders  off some Western countries and exposed the true hostility face hidden under the guise of democracy and human rights. It also revealed the distinction between Arab Muslim leaders who support freedom and national independence and those who support the Zionist entity directly or indirectly.

We have recurrently emphasized the significance and seriousness of the Egyptian role towards Palestine, by virtue of the historical, religious, geographical, and legal responsibility. Therefore, we once again demand reconsideration of the Egyptian position, as we dissociate Egypt from being a partner in the liquidation of the Palestinian cause, through blockading the Gaza Strip, forcibly displacement of its people, or allowing the elimination of the resistance, which is the first defence line of Egypt itself. Therefore, we call for opening the Rafah crossing and adhering to rejection of the Palestinians’ displacement scenario.

Finally, we call on the peoples of our Muslim nation to assume their responsibilities towards their brethren in Palestine, to maintain protests, unleashing demonstrations around the world tomorrow, Friday, as well as on Saturday and Sunday, in support of Palestine, ending halting the war, opening of the Gaza crossings, and stopping the humanitarian catastrophe.

Also, we call for formation of special popular groupings to support Palestine, and activation of civil society organizations, including: political parties, associations, groups, syndicates, and unions, to provide media, political and financial support.

We also urge the Muslim peoples around the world to ensure that the Palestinian cause will be always present on their agenda. We still have a lot to do, and we definitely can do a lot – until Allah lifts the affliction, the occupation ends, and the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque is liberated.

﴾… And Allah will surely support those who support Him. Indeed, Allah is Powerful and Exalted in Might.﴿ (Al-Hajj: 40).

Allah Is the Greatest, and Praise Be to Allah,,
